Jill creates a safe, supported space that allows you to begin or deepen your meditation practice. You'll develop a deeper connection to yourself and others, and leave class ready to meet the rest of the day with clarity and calm. Jill's teachings meet you where you're at with your meditation practice. Class is designed for all levels- beginner to advanced meditators.
