Friday, January 31, 7:00-8:30p $25 in advance. $30 at the door. Join Hannah for a restorative evening of Yin Yoga accessible to all levels. The fabric will be suspended closer to the ground, allowing for ultimate relaxation and surrender in longer, slower holds using additional props, essential oils and breathwork. The evening will close with an extended savasana in the silks.
