Join Laura Zeigler for this popular workshop! Inversions are great for so many reasons - they lower blood pressure, support immunity, increase proprioception and most importantly, they are FUN! In this 2 hour workshop we will cover basic floor inversions like headstand and hand stand with attention to alignment and spotting as well as learn a few partner inversions from the AcroYoga practice.
Laura is both a Yoga and AcroYoga teacher, but when it comes to inversions, she teaches from the school of acrobatics which has a strong focus on proper alignment and a rich understanding of hand balance with safe spotting. Whether you are brand new to going upside down or have a long-standing inversions practice, this workshop will meet you where you're at and show you how you can train progressions for your best year yet of upside down time!
No partner or experience required, we will work in community.
