Yoga for Grounding - Canceled
Saturday, March 21 10:30-12:30
$20 in advance, $25 at the door
Find Ease and Stability in Your Yoga Practice and Daily Life:
In this workshop, you will learn how to use your hands, feet, breath and bandhas (core centers of the body) to “ground,” or sense the floor as you move through your yoga practice. The first hour will be theory and application, the second hour will incorporate this into a yoga class. With an increased awareness of how to “ground” both on and off the mat, yogis achieve a deep sense of wellness in their yoga practice and in life.
Who will benefit from this Workshop? This practice is for those with many years of experience wishing to deepen their understanding of the subtler aspects of yoga, and also for those who have less experience but want to learn how to progress through their yoga journey with a reduced risk of injury and an increased sense of physical and emotional wellbeing,
