As we navigate the tides of our lives, it can be easy to find one self seemingly adrift, at the whim of what is happening to us, rather than consciously co-creating our most joyful path. This series is designed to help support and guide you to reimagining your own journey from a place of great loving kindness - for YOU! When we begin from a place of self acceptance and care, we can start to look more clearly at what obscures our path, the stories we tell ourselves that no longer serve us, and how we might begin to rewrite these stories so that we can live our happiest, healthiest life.
Through yoga, meditation, journaling exercises, and group process, we begin to uncover what our highest Self needs to feel happy and healthy. Each one of us will commit to our own daily practice (sadhana) that directly supports our journey to wellness through self-care and dedication. Ultimately this course is not about changing anything about ourselves, but rather uncovering the inner light we each possess and giving it permission to shine fully into the world. No yoga experience is required, just a curious heart and a desire to live more freely and joyfully within your own skin.
