Aging isn't a catastrophe we need to manage, it's an amazing experience on the wheel of life.
In this 2 hour workshop, we will spend 75-85 minutes in community talking about what we experiencing, what we love, and what we fear about aging. Blaine will share her top practices to strengthen our health (physical, emotional and mental) and keep our spirits high as we capitalize on our wisdom and plan for our next life phase. These tips will be focused on ways to maintain vitality in a holistic manner. Recognizing that there is always a place for modern drugs and surgery, we'll spend our time on ways to maintain our authority over our own bodies - decreasing our need to hand our power to others when we face challenges.
We will spend the final 30 minutes doing a practice together. This practice will be created as a daily practice that you can do to maintain a life where you don't just survive - you thrive! This 30 minute practice will be recorded for you to keep and use post-workshop.
