Join Yoga Hive January 3-23 for the Raise Your Vibration Challenge!
In this high-vibe challenge, for 21 days you’ll eat a plant-based diet and do 10 minutes of energy practices per day.
The challenge is led by Blaine, on Zoom, and supported by an informational manual that gives you all the information you need to thrive with this type of diet. You also get a daily 10-minute practice led by Blaine to keep you motivated and feeling great all day every day.

Dates of challenge: January 3 – 23, 2022
What you do:
- Eliminate animal products (meat, fish, poultry, dairy, eggs) from your diet
- Start your day each day with 10 minutes of energy work live on Zoom (or later in your day with the recording)
What you get:
- A robust manual developed over many years with instructions, support, grocery lists, tips & tricks, and all the common questions answered (includes weekly "homework" to get you trying new things and learning new skills)
- 21 daily Zoom classes with Blaine. They’re 10 minutes long and full of techniques to stabilize your energy so you can be your amazing self all day long! Classes are at 7:00am MT and yes, you’ll get the recording.
- Three Zoom calls for community building and Q&A (January 2nd at 5:00pm MT, January 10th at 6:30pm MT, January 17th at 6:30pm MT). Yes, you'll get the recording.
- A private online sharing group (not Facebook) where we share recipes and cooking tips and motivation and camaraderie to help each other.
- Lots of time from Blaine who's passionate about living this way and certified in plant-based nutrition.
- New cooking skills and a fresh way of looking at grocery shopping, meal prep, eating at restaurants and enjoying food.
- All your questions answered about protein, calcium, iron, etc. It’s really great to learn more about nutrition!
