Sleep Well with Mel In Studio and Online on Zoom!
Does learning how to hack into your own nervous system to balance and reset it in simple yet life changing ways sound interesting? Then this 3-part workshop is for you! In it, you will learn multiple techniques (from the ancient to the modern) to reduce the effects of stress and calm your mind and body. When these techniques are used, you will experience not only less stress and anxiety, but improved quality of sleep.
Your instructor Mel, practices and studies traditional Hatha Yoga and from this knowledge along with somatic experiencing, and extensive trauma trainings she has developed a system to balance her nervous system for better relaxation and pain relief. Due to genetic syndromes, damage and major surgery on the nerves that run the nervous system Mel has had to learn ways to balance her Dysautonomia (dysfunction of the nervous system). With these techniques she is better able to manage her life, pain, sleep, and complex medical conditions. Mel is passionate about sharing these practices with the hope of improving others lives and well-being.

PLEASE NOTE: When attending, please wear light comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, a large blanket, two towels, and two pillows or cushions that are fairly firm.
