The Sanskrit word, Sadhana, can be translated to "tuning." Ideally, we want to live our lives "in tune" with the world around us, yes?
Of course! But... with all our commitments to family, friends, work, etc., it can be difficult to carve out the time to commit to the only person we have total control over in our lives... ourselves.
Without access to wisdom, ways to apply that wisdom in our daily life, and the dedication to commit to applying it (whew!), we exist in disharmony with our environment. We're out of tune. Out of touch. Life is burdensome instead of blissful.
Spring Rebirth with 5 Elements & Ayurveda //

It's finally spring! We will learn about the yogic 5 elements and the ancient teachings of Ayurveda. Our work will cover the doshas and specific practices and techniques to use during springtime to properly harness our individual constitution and the collective feeling of rebirth during this time of year.

One of the energy systems of the body is the Aura. We will spend our lecture understanding the Aura from a yogic and scientific perspective. Our sadhana will focus on strengthening our "energetic space suit"!
