Join Andrea for a Yin Yoga series as you slow down, connect inward, and open the body and mind. Yin yoga includes meditative poses mostly on the floor that are held for around 3-5 minutes to unravel tension in the body, add space, and open the receptivity and clarity of the mind. Additional elements like pranayama (breathing practices) and hand mudras will be incorporated to leave you feeling nourished, integrated, and at ease. We welcome you to take the three classes in this series to deepen your yin practice, or you may take a single class as well. If you haven't tried Yin before, why not try something new! Only $10 per class.

PLEASE NOTE: When attending, please wear light comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and if available, 2 large blankets, and a bolster/big pillow.
