Uplevel your practice If you're an experienced practitioner, a private lesson can be an incredible way to learn more advanced asanas, and have the class custom created just for you to support your unique yoga journey. |

Never taken an Aerial Yoga class before? Never done yoga before? No problem — aerial yoga in an incredible, full body release, strength-building, lengthening experience that people of all body types and fitness levels will love. If you're an experienced practitioner, we offer higher level classes called "Aerial Yoga for Flexibility and Strength" that are designed to help you continue to improve your aerial practice! Beginners, start with Intro to Aerial Yoga class held every Sunday!
Kids Yoga & Beyond Babysitting
We believe in empowering the next generation to learn yoga, the power of stillness and to have FUN! We offer regular kids yoga series, Beyond Babysitting evening events at our studio, custom kids' birthday parties
